Job Overview:

The Case Management Company is seeking a skilled Clinical Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals and groups addressing mental health, substance use, and other behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plans.
  • Foster a supportive environment for clients through individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on psychotherapy and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Evaluate symptoms and behaviors to determine potential mental health disorders.
  • Develop and implement case management strategies to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a hospital or clinical setting to coordinate care and resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any necessary reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field required.
  • Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical counseling or a related field.
