About the Job

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Child Therapist to provide virtual therapy services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, proficiency in providing virtual therapy, and strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with children and adolescents addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other professionals involved in the child's care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid licensure as a therapist (e.g., LGPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state where services are provided.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
  • Proficiency in providing virtual therapy using secure and HIPAA-compliant platforms.
