Salary & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive hourly rate, ranging from $84 to $131 per hour, depending on experience and location. In addition to a generous salary, our clinicians enjoy flexible scheduling, marketing support, and patient referrals to help grow their practice.

Job Description

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) who share our passion for delivering high-quality care. As a Headway clinician, you will have the freedom to set your own schedule and work with patients remotely via telehealth or in-person, whichever suits you best. You will also benefit from our streamlined credentialing process, allowing you to accept insurance hassle-free and focus on what matters most - providing exceptional care to your patients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful as a Headway clinician, you must possess a valid NPI number, malpractice insurance, and a Master's degree or higher in a related field. We welcome licensed therapists from diverse backgrounds, including LMHC, LPCMH, and LIMHP.
