**About the Role:**

This full-time position requires a Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or equivalent, as well as National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association. You will work closely with our Admissions Coordinator to ensure a smooth intake process for patients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Obtain patient information and verify physician orders
  • Coordinate services with social workers to deliver high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records
