Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Management Executive to lead our efforts. Main Responsibilities:
1. Leadership in Sales and Training:
- Inspire and coach a sales team to exceed sales targets
- Design and implement effective training programs to enhance team members' sales skills
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in sales strategies and performance
2. Data-Driven Sales Strategies:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Utilize data insights to develop and execute strategies for sales growth and increased efficiency

- Ensure team members meet KPIs, sales goals, and build relationships with key stakeholders

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and attract potential clients
- Assist in content creation, including SEO-optimized topics and scripts

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the sales team
- Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline sales processes and reduce administrative burdens

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry
