Project Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join our team. As a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial aspects of construction projects, including invoicing, billing, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Job Setup and Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely setup of project financials, including accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Invoicing and Billing: Process and manage project invoices, including tracking and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Change Order Management: Review and process change orders, ensuring accurate financial impact and approval.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Closeout Procedures: Ensure all financial aspects of projects are properly closed out, including final invoicing and payment.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and compliant financial records, including documentation and reporting.
- Financial Reporting and Cost Analysis: Provide regular financial reports and analysis to project stakeholders, including cost tracking and variance analysis.
