Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team at Summit Fire & Security. As a Fire Sprinkler Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire sprinkler systems to ensure the safety of our customers and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and test fire sprinkler systems to ensure they meet industry standards and codes.
  • Maintain and repair existing fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and make necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical school training or related work experience preferred.
  • Current Fire Sprinkler License required.
  • 3-5 years of experience installing pipe systems and valves required; 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, customer service skills, decision-making skills, ability to multitask, and ability to meet project schedules.
