Qualifications

    • 10 years of experience in maintenance
    • 5 years of experience in leadership roles
    • Experience in project management within a manufacturing environment
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
    • Strong organizational and communication abilities
    • Familiarity with MS Office and relevant software
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively
    • Robust technical knowledge
    • Project management certification is a plus
    • Experience operating forklifts is required
    • Prior experience with Maintenance Management Systems
    • Ability to thrive in a safety-conscious workplace

  • Proficiency in reading and writing
