Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Global Accounts team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams that manage large client portfolios.

About the Team

The Global Accounts team is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey and owning the customer lifecycle.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with the Enterprise Account Management team to hit and exceed quarterly goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the Global Accounts team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with the EAM team to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a team that ensures a seamless customer experience and owns the customer lifecycle.
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct weekly coaching sessions with team members to effect positive change and retain top performers.
  • Establish and document processes to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement new policies and procedures.
  • Develop and roll out sales business rules, practices, and policies across the team.
  • Work with upper management to design and execute training programs for new hires and ongoing development.
  • Manage change, course correct, and respond to business challenges.
  • Inspire, mentor, and grow team members to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of Account Management experience, managing large clients.
  • 5+ years of Sales Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in forecasting revenue and driving business growth.
  • A proven track record as a thought leader and subject matter expert.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com.
  • A history of leading an AM team to overachieve quota in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A professional with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and an expert in time management.
  • Experience selling Recruitment Advertising or performance-based advertising products.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
