The Construction Professional role at Clark Construction Group offers recent college graduates a unique opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery - Project Management: Work in project management to gain an understanding of the day-to-day and long-term business and financial management associated with construction projects.
  • Project Delivery - Field Management: Work in field management to learn the building process, assist in laying the groundwork for projects, and coordinate the sequence of work on a project site.
  • Project Development: Work in project development to learn how Clark acquires new work, develops strategies for meeting project goals, and maintains relationships with clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a network of industry relationships to bring potential business opportunities to Clark leadership.
  • Cultivate industry relationships to help attract and recruit top talent to Clark.
  • Exceed our stakeholders' expectations by anticipating their needs, desires, and goals.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, with an expected graduation in either Winter 2024 or Spring 2025.
  • Interest and passion for the construction industry.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven by challenge.
  • Solution-oriented problem solver with a hands-on and team-oriented attitude.
  • Able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
