Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Civil Engineer - Project Development. This role will provide recent college graduates with the tools and resources to jumpstart a career in construction and learn the fundamentals of the industry and our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery - Project Management: Work in project management to gain an understanding of the day-to-day and long-term business and financial management associated with construction projects.
  • Project Delivery - Field Management: Work in field management to learn the building process, assist in laying the groundwork for projects, and coordinate the sequence of work on a project site.
  • Project Development: Work in project development to learn how Clark acquires new work, develops strategies for meeting project goals, and maintains relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, with an expected graduation in either Winter 2024 or Spring 2025.
  • Interest and passion for the construction industry.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven by challenge.
  • Solution-oriented problem solver with a hands-on and team-oriented attitude.
  • Able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
