Salary: $110-135k, based on experience
Work Schedule: Monday 8am-6pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-3pm
Benefits Offered: Paid Time Off (PTO), 401k plan, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, license reimbursement, and additional perks
Commitment: 24-month agreement
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- 1-2 years of recent experience in outpatient or inpatient pediatric care as an APRN or PA
- Possession of a Connecticut Controlled Substance license and DEA license
- Current BLS Certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of patient conditions
- Perform comprehensive physical and specialized examinations
- Document medical histories accurately
- Formulate and implement care plans
- Deliver routine and acute care services
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results
