We are seeking experienced Diesel Technicians to join our team at Swift Transportation, one of the largest fleets on the road. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to maintaining our fleet of over 13,000 trucks and 60,000 trailers.

Key Responsibilities- Perform quality preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on all company-owned equipment, including tractors, trailers, refrigerated units, and support equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment to meet OEM, DOT, and other relevant specifications.
- Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor and complex repairs for all equipment.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble heavy truck and trailer components.
- Perform tire maintenance, including repairs, failure analysis, coding, and identification.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and basic vehicle maintenance is preferred.
- High school or a combination of training and/or experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to read and understand repair manuals, complete/fill tags, and repair orders.
- Ability to use and learn various diagnostic software used on tractors/trailers.
- Computer skills are necessary.
