About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and patients, ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT-related issues, including network, server, hardware, software, and printing problems.
  • Assist staff members with the use of computer hardware and software, including installation, word processing, email, and operating systems.
  • Perform level 1 problem diagnostics and resolution of moderately complex system hardware, software, network, and operator issues.
  • Set up and configure IT equipment and peripheral equipment, such as docking stations, screens, printers, and recycle returned IT equipment.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (2-year college or technical school) preferred.
  • 1-3 years of related experience and knowledge of MDMs, Microsoft Intune/O365 is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train users in complex topics and communicate concepts to technical and non-technical users.
  • Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies, including system backup, disaster recovery, system administration, and data integrity.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong self-direction.
  • Reliable transportation.
