Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including hygiene, skin care, mobility, and monitoring.
- Assist with treatments and procedures, including EKGs and post-mortem care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition.
- Assist with patient elimination and provide emotional support.
- Participate in emergency procedures and maintain patient safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- At least one year of patient care experience.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to maintain professional composure in medium to high-stress situations.
- Effective communication skills.
