Pharmacy Concierge

Job Summary:

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a Pharmacy Concierge to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in our outpatient pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with directions and information, including the location of departments within the clinic.
• Utilize best practices and procedures for handling patient inquiries and requests to provide proactive and immediate support.
• Assist patients with enrolling in secure messaging, using Kiosk, and enrolling and using Script Center.
• Provide customer service and a variety of receptionist and other clerical duties in support of patient care and treatment.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Current national certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and registration in the state of Virginia as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
