At Lyons Consulting Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce and business process optimization to drive business growth and improvement.



About the Role


As a Salesforce Process Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in streamlining business processes and improving efficiency within our Salesforce practice. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and extension will be essential in driving process improvements and delivering exceptional results.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and refine business processes and use cases using SAFe principles, customer journey maps, and design principles.
  • Analyze and document complex business processes using process modeling tools such as Mural, Microsoft Visio, and/or LucidChart.
  • Drive consensus across multiple stakeholders from different business functions to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Collaborate with our development teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless integration with our CRM solutions.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.


Requirements



  • 3-7 years of experience as a client-facing Salesforce Business Analyst/Functional Lead with a strong track record of delivering process improvements.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce Core data model and configuration, customization, and extension.
  • Proven experience driving consensus across multiple stakeholders and managing project documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.


What We Offer


At Lyons Consulting Group, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
