Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Representative at VLCM, you will play a key role in helping clients solve real business problems with leading technology solutions. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, assessing their technology goals and challenges, and building relationships with manufacturing and distribution partners.
We are looking for a high-energy, self-starter with a solid work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. If you have experience as a business development rep, a strong consultative background, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect new clients through cold/warm calls, email, and marketing events
- Assess client technology goals and challenges by offering a myriad of solutions
- Build relationships with manufacturing and distribution partners
- Upskill your technical knowledge with regular training and certifications
- Identify and qualify business opportunities and leads
- Present business solutions to prospective customers with extensive follow-up and coaching
- Earn high % of gross profits from your sales
- Enjoy non-stop engagement and autonomy in an inside/outside sales role
- Build your own book of business without industry, regional, or vendor limitations
