Job Summary

As a Business Analyst - Process Improvement at Intermountain Health, you will play a critical role in sustaining business processes and processes impacted by data and systems. This position is responsible for developing and executing process improvements, reporting, and quality monitoring of processes, vendor relationships, and trading partner exchanges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute process improvements to enhance business processes and processes impacted by data and systems.
  • Report and monitor process quality to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and trading partners to ensure smooth exchange of information.
  • Provide project management for small to medium-sized projects, initiatives, and applications.
  • Evaluate and provide assistance and guidance to process owners and internal stakeholders in the planning and execution of process improvement activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, healthcare, or information systems.
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare, health insurance, business analysis, or information systems.
  • Intermediate skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or equivalent.

Working Conditions
  • Ability to operate computers and other IT equipment.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
