Are you enthusiastic about innovative technology and semiconductor packaging? We are looking for a dedicated Packaging Development Specialist to enhance our talented team. With a legacy of pioneering advancements, we are committed to exploring new frontiers and delivering exceptional solutions.

Your Role: Innovating RF Solutions As a crucial contributor, you will be responsible for designing and simulating RF/mw/mmw transceiver components. Picture orchestrating a team of electronic elements, each with its distinct capabilities. Your objective? Ensure the integrity of high-speed signal transmission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish advanced packaging specifications.
  • Identify and validate cutting-edge packaging technologies, materials, and surface mount techniques.
  • Design integrated circuit packages and oversee their assembly processes.
  • Examine package durability and perform failure assessments.
  • Assist in production scaling and process refinement.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and provide guidance to external suppliers.
  • Work collaboratively with foundries and OSATs to transition packaging concepts into high-volume production.
  • Experience with RF packaging is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, specializing in electronic or microelectronic disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in advanced integrated circuit packaging.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships.
  • Comprehensive understanding of packaging technologies, assembly methodologies, IC materials, reliability standards, and failure analysis practices.
  • Professional project management experience with global partners.
  • Familiarity with tools such as CST Studio Suite, Ansys HFSS, Ansys Q3D, Ansys SIwave, and Cadence Sigirty is a plus.
