Your Role: Innovating Packaging Solutions As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing and simulating advanced RF/microwave/mmwave packaging solutions. Picture yourself assembling a team of electronic components, each playing a crucial role in maintaining signal integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish advanced packaging specifications.
  • Evaluate and select cutting-edge packaging technologies, materials, and assembly processes.
  • Design integrated circuit packages and oversee the assembly operations.
  • Conduct reliability assessments and failure investigations.
  • Assist in production scaling and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and provide guidance to external suppliers.
  • Work closely with foundries and OSATs to transition packaging concepts into high-volume production.
  • Experience with RF packaging is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, specializing in electronics or microelectronics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in advanced integrated circuit packaging.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster business relationships.
  • Comprehensive understanding of packaging technologies, assembly methodologies, IC materials, reliability criteria, and failure analysis practices.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with global partners.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as CST Studio Suite, Ansys HFSS, Ansys Q3D, Ansys SIwave, and Cadence Sigirty is a plus.
