The Front-Line Manager in Training program is meticulously crafted to furnish aspiring managers with essential skills and knowledge, preparing them for their responsibilities within the Service Operations sector. Successful completion of this training is mandatory prior to stepping into the Front-Line Manager position.
Training Components:
- Understanding roles and responsibilities within Service Operations
- Mastering production processes, including inventory oversight and repair protocols
- Developing management competencies through CarMax's Management Development Program
Upon finishing the Front-Line Manager in Training Program, candidates may advance to positions such as Flow Mechanical Manager, Flow Cosmetic Manager, Inventory Manager, or Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit knowledge gained from the training program
- Assist in the implementation of store procedures
- Complete the Management Development Program successfully
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 3+ years of managerial experience
- Strong team leadership abilities

- Possession of a valid Driver's License
