This is an in-office role.
Our team is seeking a full-time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to support our clients with their home, auto, and other personal insurance needs while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their insurance needs, including auto ID cards, endorsements, and evidence of property insurance.
- Complete new and renewal applications, and correspondence.
- Follow established workflows and maintain data integrity in our agency management system.
Requirements
- A valid Property & Casualty Insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 45 days of hire.
- Technical Capability.
