Corporate Learning and Development Specialist

True Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and challenging content to support True University.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop creative learning experiences that ensure effective and sustainable learning and performance outcomes.
  • Deliver engaging, interactive learning experiences to adult learners, including onboarding, professional development, e-learning, and in-person workshops.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional team members to gather materials, validate content, and drive instructional readiness.
  • Develop and implement effective surveys to evaluate current learning offerings and assess learning needs.
  • Represent the evolving discipline and diversity of adult learning captured in the learning strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience designing, developing, and facilitating learning experiences.
  • Knowledge and experience with learning development tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Vyond.
  • Experience with e-learning, learning management systems (LMS), content platforms (SharePoint), and other tools for learning delivery.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and dynamic facilitation skills.
  • Experience monitoring and evaluating engagement and program effectiveness.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to quickly assess and summarize information and effectively identify issues and provide potential resolutions.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently and in an efficient manner.
  • Strong process-oriented background.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or related area of study or equivalent experience.
  • Professional background and experience in creating and delivering learning experiences in a corporate setting.
  • A passion for supporting adult learners, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye and focus on customer service.
  • A track record of incorporating key behaviors into day-to-day efforts, including team-approach, effective listening, developing credibility, building trust, demonstrating reliability, client-driven, future-focused, innovative, and curious.
  • Critical Thinking skills.
  • Superb Communication Skills.
