Job Summary

We are seeking a Racial Equity Consultant to join our Racial Justice and Public Policy team. This is a hybrid position that requires a strong understanding of anti-racist and social change frameworks, as well as experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training and consulting.

Responsibilities

The Racial Equity Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering race equity, diversity, and inclusion consulting services, including IDI introduction sessions, results, and group debriefs
  • Leading and facilitating creative and inclusive workshop experiences
  • Supporting departmental planning initiatives
  • Writing client proposals and coordinating client meetings
  • Ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients and participants
  • Developing and preparing educational materials as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in program management with strong facilitation and/or training background
  • IDI qualified administrator highly desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish positive relationships with business partners, internally and externally
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
