Customer Care Manager

At Partners Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, exempt position that requires a strong background in customer service, leadership, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, complaints, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain customer experience standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in customer service, leadership, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
