Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery module.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desired Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery (CIS-Discovery).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Mapping (CIS-Service Mapping).
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform.
  • 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
