Agricultural Sales Specialist

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to manage a prime sales territory for a leading Ag Retailer.
We are seeking an individual with substantial experience in selling agricultural products such as Seed, Fertilizer, and Chemicals directly to farmers.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role is preferred.Compensation is competitive, with excellent benefits, allowing sales professionals to concentrate on their sales efforts without additional operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell Seed, Fertilizer, and Chemical products to agricultural producers.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and explore new sales prospects within the designated area.
- Offer agronomic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives and targets.
- Stay informed about industry developments, products, and services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
Compensation:
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
Commission Structure:
Potential Earnings: $100,000 - $130,000
