Job Title: Sales Agronomist
  • Market and sell Seed, Fertilizer, and Chemical products directly to agricultural producers.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify and explore new sales prospects within the designated area.
  • Offer agronomic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Meet and surpass sales objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and product offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure client satisfaction.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000/year

Commission Range: $100,000 - $130,000

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in agronomy sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of Seed, Fertilizer, and Chemical products.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related discipline is preferred.
