About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by building relationships and offering appropriate products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer account transactions quickly and accurately
  • Provide financial solutions to clients by identifying and offering appropriate products and services
  • Secure against loss by ensuring safekeeping of money and prompt accounting or transfer of funds
  • Identify and report fraudulent activity
  • Perform and support daily tasks that maintain the integrity of the branch
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some experience in customer service preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cash handling environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors.
