We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Comrise. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production process, assembling components and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components, to contribute to the completion of various products.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards, following directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.
- Work under general supervision, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.
- Ability to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English.
- Ability to adhere to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping and ergonomics practices.
- Physical and cognitive requirements include lifting/carrying 10-50 lbs, prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate.
The Assembly Technician will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on meeting production targets and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
