The Property Manager will be responsible for leading and assisting with the day-to-day functions of the property management team, including leasing assistance, tenant relationships, owner relationships, and maintenance. The successful candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing applications and drafting leases
- Maintaining a close working relationship with tenants and responding to emails and voicemails within 24 hours
- Coordinating with tenants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate repairs and maintenance
- Obtaining bids and negotiating estimates for projects
- Reviewing property inspection reports and ensuring satisfactory completion of work
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple job functions. Training on industry-specific software will be provided.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of property management experience, preferably working directly with residential owners and tenants
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
- High level of organization, accuracy, and follow-through
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle confidential data
Salary: $60,000-$65,000/year (commensurate with experience)
