Office Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will ensure that all office employees work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.

The Office Manager will handle counseling for employees, manage communication with customers and clients, create and manage the office budget, monitor and order office supplies, interview and train new employees, and work with maintenance companies to keep the office in excellent condition.

Additionally, the Office Manager will report office progress to management and collaborate on improving office operations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Handle employee counseling and communication with customers and clients
  • Create and manage office budget and monitor expenses
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Interview and train new employees
  • Collaborate with maintenance companies to maintain office facilities
  • Report office progress to management and suggest improvements
