Role Responsibilities:
As a Medical Front Desk professional, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to patients and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Communicating expected wait times and any potential delays.
- Managing patient check-ins, including verifying demographic and insurance details.
- Completing registration for walk-in patients.
- Collecting patient payments, including deductibles and copays.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments during patient check-out.
- Handling incoming phone calls with professionalism.
- Acting as a resource for clinic services and patient experience programs.
- Assisting the Revenue Cycle Management team with necessary patient information.
- Maintaining accurate electronic health records for all patients.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of the Talent Bullseye assessment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a medical office setting.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly NextGen.
- Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
- Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.

- Proficient in basic math and accounting.
- Competent in using Windows-based applications and office equipment.
