Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and profitability.
  • Site Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of operators, tradesmen, and laborers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, identifying and mitigating potential risks and hazards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders, including customers, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyze problems, identify solutions, and make informed decisions to resolve issues and drive project success.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Four (4) years minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
