General Purpose: Oversee subcontractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality homes, adhering to timelines, budget constraints, and specifications.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractors to construct premium homes by ensuring compliance with service contracts.
  • Collaborate with project leaders, architects, and clients regarding design modifications and change requests.
  • Inspire subcontractors and suppliers to meet quality standards and performance goals.
  • Coordinate, direct, and schedule the activities of trade partners for optimal performance.
  • Authorize vendor invoices from subcontractors.
  • Utilize scheduling software to monitor job progress.
  • Create and implement checklists for inspections, quality assurance, and operational procedures.
  • Engage with clients to ensure homes meet their expectations through attention to construction details.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements pertaining to home construction.
  • Maintain a tidy job site with well-managed construction facilities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of homes, either on or ahead of schedule and within budget.
  • Conduct inspections at all stages of construction.
  • Complete walkthroughs within a week and secure client approval.
  • Work collaboratively with clients or realtors to address and preempt issues.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit, use hands for various tasks, and communicate effectively.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs, with specific vision abilities required for close vision and focus adjustment.

Technical Skills:

  • Stay informed on fundamental concepts and methods utilized by trade partners, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledgeable about all regulatory standards related to land development and home construction.

  • Propose suggestions for improvements respectfully and knowledgeably.
  • Exhibit honesty and integrity while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Consistently present a steady and reliable image.
  • Communicate relevant information effectively to all stakeholders.

Work Environment:

  • Standard business hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
  • Support all markets within the company.
