About the Role

The Sales Representative is the ultimate brand ambassador for Green Thumb Industries INC, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the New York territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the New York territory.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on Green Thumb Industries INC products and services, providing expert knowledge and training to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the New York territory.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
