We are seeking a Healthcare Patient Engagement Coordinator for our Gilbert, AZ location.In this role, you will be tasked with informing patients about cutting-edge healing technologies and assisting them in comprehending the advantages of TMS and Ketamine therapies.
Important Note:
This position involves working with patients who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts, listening to traumatic experiences from PTSD patients, and providing essential support, which may be challenging for some individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Become the authority on TMS and Ketamine therapies. Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Take ownership of all patients assigned to your provider's schedule.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients to tailor treatment solutions to their specific needs.
- Facilitate healing through education, connection, and a focus on TMS and Ketamine.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a full-time customer service position.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with basic mathematical abilities.
- Proficient in de-escalation techniques and capable of establishing rapport with individuals.
