Job Title: Associate Program Manager

As a key member of our Lifecycle Sustainment and Modernization Solutions (LSMS) team, you will be responsible for leading efforts on large projects within an Integrated Product Team (IPT), including technical planning, requirements development and tracking, system integration, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct all phases of programs from inception to completion
  • Develop and adhere to Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies
  • Integrate requirements vertically and horizontally across the project to ensure successful execution
  • Brief Northrop Grumman management and Air Force customers on project status
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Work with multiple teams and cross-functional departments
  • Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with a minimum of 6 years' experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers, or a master's degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing technical programs
  • Understanding of the Integrated Management Framework (IMF) process and concepts
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
  • Ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain special access
  • Experience managing/developing small to large proposals across Development, Production, and Sustainment type programs
  • Experience related to contracts management and cost analysis
  • Experience in large program capture and execution strategy development and leadership
