The Opportunity

We are leading the search for a Director of Sales USA for a prominent company in the bicycle parts and accessories distribution market. This key role is responsible for driving sales strategy across the U.S. market and ensuring alignment with long-term business goals. As a leader, you will oversee a team of 16 sales professionals, focusing on profitability and market expansion while fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with broader business objectives and drives profitability across various sales channels.
  • Market Expansion: Grow market share in the U.S. by focusing on top customers and revitalizing dormant accounts within the IBD network. Implement initiatives to expand sales with key brands and services.
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performance culture, providing leadership and support to achieve strategic goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring a trusted partnership with dealers and maximizing profitability.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize sales reporting and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve performance. Collaborate with the data analytics team to enhance transparency and accountability across the organization.
