The Nurse Practitioner Assistant will provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities living in a residential program.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic care and hygiene services, such as grooming, bathing, and oral hygiene.
  • Support individuals with daily activities, including feeding, toileting, and ambulation.
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Two years general nursing experience, preferably in a community health setting.
  2. Current Massachusetts Nursing license.
  3. Ability to foster positive relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues.
