**About the Role**

Bridgewell is a leading provider of social and human services, empowering individuals with disabilities to live safe, self-directed lives. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to our clients.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, feeding, and toileting.
  • Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the Program Director.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Transport clients to medical appointments, recreational activities, and other outings.

**Requirements**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
  • Successful completion of a Massachusetts-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course.
  • Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Massachusetts.
