Swimming Skills Coach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate swimming lessons
  • Deliver instruction in and around the pool with adaptable working hours, including possible weekends
  • Foster a fun and secure atmosphere by adhering to the established British Swim School methods and safety protocols as outlined by the Aquatics Director
  • Participate in staff meetings and mandatory training sessions as directed by the Aquatics Director

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Enthusiastic and assertive with outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Communicate effectively with children, clients, and pool personnel
  • Adhere to schedules, safety regulations, teaching methodologies, and all British Swim School procedures
  • Exhibit and instruct swim strokes accurately as trained

Qualifications:

Lifeguard certification is preferred

CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory
