Job Title: Senior Identity Intelligence Specialist

Join V2X, a leading provider of smart solutions for physical and digital infrastructure, as a Senior Identity Intelligence Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the security and integrity of our operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of biometric and biographic information on individuals of interest to determine potential threats to U.S. State Department personnel or facilities.
  • Utilize advanced research and analytical techniques to identify and analyze individuals who may pose a threat to U.S. and State Department interests.
  • Develop and analyze data, draw conclusions, and estimate probabilities based on knowledge of current and past intelligence situations.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, executive orders, and directives promulgated by Congress, the Secretary of State, and the Director of National Intelligence.
  • Provide training on the Diplomatic Security Identity Assurance System (DSIAS) to students attending various training classes at the Diplomatic Security Training Center.
  • Participate in foreign travel to deploy DSIAS to new locations at U.S. Embassies and Consulates, providing training to Foreign Service National Investigators and conducting mass enrollments of locally employed staff into DSIAS.
Requirements:
  • Eight (8) years of relevant intelligence analysis experience, or Counterintelligence, Human Resource Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant identity intelligence analysis experience required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred from a four (4) year U.S. accredited college in one of the following areas: Political Science, International Affairs, Area Studies, or a related field of study.
  • Must be proficient in utilizing computer databases and intelligence related automated systems to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Ability to provide advice, guidance, and consultation to officials with regard to the interpretation and application of analysis.
  • Skill in oral and written communication to prepare and present analysis, provide guidance, solicit information, defend proposals, and negotiate agreements.
  • Experience in the collection, analysis and dissemination of foreign affairs and terrorism-related information.
  • Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all organization and management levels both inside and outside the Department in order to establish and maintain liaison with individuals representing a broad range of organizations and interests involved in and affected by Directorate programs.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple and sometimes conflicting and complex tasks.
  • Must be able to operate as a leader, as part of a team, cooperate effectively with other team members and be mission focused, and work independently as needed.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Top Secret/SCI personnel security clearance issued by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) prior to contract performance.
