Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our US Wealth Management team at JPMorgan Chase. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality production code and ensure that it meets the required standards and best practices.
  • Conduct technical troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends and apply this knowledge to improve our technology stack and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on design, development, and delivery of complex software systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex programming language, Salesforce Lightning Connect, and Lightning UI.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, including cloud-based development, deployment, and management.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and application resiliency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies, such as React or Angular.
  • Experience with cloud-based development tools, such as AWS or Azure.
