The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CPG Consultant to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer-packaged goods industry and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on client projects as a lead consultant to deliver customized solutions and achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success for programs/projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and ISV relationships.
  • Drive thought leadership by contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and developing innovative solutions across Planning, Execution, Optimization, Post promotion analytics.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients and projects to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the CPG sector.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the CPG industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of CPG processes such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), manufacturing, distribution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
  • Hands-on experience with industry-leading TPM/TPO tools like SAP TPM, Salesforce CAS, Xtel, Telus Exceedra, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
