We are looking for a Senior Consultant to provide expert-level support for large Gen AI Super POD deployments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Gen AI Fundamentals and PowerEdge Server expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1 triage on behalf of the customer for large Gen AI Super POD deployments.
  • Monitor and perform diagnostics of server failures or alerts.
  • Work with the customer to open, track, and resolve support tickets.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Gen AI Fundamentals knowledge.
  • PowerEdge Server expertise.

Note: AMD chips for PowerEdge servers will not be released to the public until a future date. This role requires a strong understanding of server deployment and troubleshooting.
