About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Manhattan Associates. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through our supply chain commerce technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation of our product, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues that arise during implementation, working closely with analysts to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless system configuration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive business value.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our client engagements.
Requirements
  • Four-year bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience working in a client-facing role within a supply chain or software organization, with a strong understanding of database troubleshooting and software deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
