Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our Party City team in Torrance, CA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, executing sales and service strategies, and providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service behaviors and put the customer first in everything you do.
  • Execute best-in-class sales and service strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Master all Balloon & OMNI channel service platforms, including in-store pickup, delivery, curbside pickup, and others.
  • Manage and plan the daily and weekly workload to deliver on store sales goals and customer engagement.
  • Assist the Store Team Leader and Leads in supporting onboarding and mentoring to new Team Members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs daily.
  • Ability to climb ladders to re-stock and obtain merchandise for customers.
  • Ability to ring transactions on a register.
  • Ability to utilize our helium system to fulfill customer orders.
