Job Summary:

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, who will be responsible for supporting Management in promoting a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing sales techniques, communicating product knowledge, and recommending merchandise selections to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales.
  • Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of 8-hour shift).
